The Solution

In just three months, First Media designed and delivered a complete suite of 37 bespoke eLearning modules. Working closely with the ICS team, we created a structured, easy-to-navigate course that broke down complex project management theory into bite-sized, digestible content.

To ensure the learning experience was not only informative but also engaging, the modules featured custom illustrations, animations, and interactive elements such as matching exercises and knowledge checks. These additions helped bring the content to life and reinforced key learning outcomes. The entire course was fully responsive, allowing learners to study at their own pace on any device.

The Results

Despite the tight deadline, the course was delivered on time and to a high standard.

ICS Learn was extremely pleased with both the quality of the content and the way it was presented. The course now forms a key part of their professional development offering and has been well received by learners looking for flexible, high-impact project management training.
