The events centre at St. Georges Park is very familiar territory for us, as First Media regularly provide audio visual support and branding for conferences and events at the venue. The FA had recently launched their For All initiative and this event was the first opportunity to apply the new branding across a stage backdrop and banners around the venue. The FA asked us to design and produce all of the branded material needed to support the event as well as our audio visual services which include,
The Voting Pads were a real hit and were used to hold a poll of the delegates’ thoughts and opinions at several intervals throughout the day. Our live voting system was perfect for their needs, as it consists of individual remote handsets together with some software that allows us to display the results directly into the PowerPoint slide deck. Each delegate simply pressed the button that corresponded to their selected multiple-choice answer within the pre-set time limit, before the results were displayed anonymously by percentage so that everyone could see the general opinion of the room.
We were really pleased with the event and so was the client…
“I just wanted to say thanks again for all of your help. I've had some really good feedback about the event and your contributions were a huge part of that.” – Stuart Richmond, The FA.
We look forward to working with the FA again in the future and welcome enquiries from other businesses and organisations.
