Online Prospectus

Working with local authorities, enterprise partnerships and colleges we’ve designed and developed a series of online prospectuses. The eProspectus makes life easier educators and training providers to promote their courses online, ensuring the data is always up-to-date and making it easy for learners to search for course information using the interactive tools.

For training providers and the Local Authorities, it offers easy processing and management of applications, extensive reporting tools and integrates with Management Information Systems (MIS). By Introducing a CAP (Common Application Process) learners can create their own personal profile and build a wish list of their courses. Once they’re happy with both they can submit multiple applications without having to enter the information each time on multiple sites.

The eProspectus offers them an opportunity to really explore the courses available in the local area, enabling them to compare what’s on offer and make informed decisions. This process is beneficial to both the students and the training providers, increasing the chances of retention once the students are enrolled.

With almost all students accessing information on smartphones, we make sure all of our designs are mobile responsive and will work seamlessly on any device so that prospective students can easily search for courses and apply online via their mobile, tablet or laptop.
