“Help for Heroes is important for me because I have many friends and family who are serving and have served in the armed forces. I want to be able to give something back, and being part of raising funds for the charity is one thing we can all do. The work Help for Heroes do for our military is amazing and they need all the help we can give them in terms of raising money to help the men and women who risk their lives to keep us safe

Not only is it physically demanding, but the course is set out to mentally drain you as well. I wanted to do Tough Mudder for both, testing my mental and physical strength and to support a charity I believe strongly in.”
