Steve is a well-known and well liked member of the team, having worked with First Media for over 9 years he knows how to produce a 5* event. Steve works with clients on a daily basis guiding them through the whole event process, from event design, event management, production and technical support. Steve’s role involves working alongside our designers, marketers and business development executives to ensure everything is created and prepared to spec, on time and in budget.

Previous to his role at First Media, Steve worked as a camera operator and editor for Immage Studios, filming and editing corporate video and broadcast TV. His technical knowledge has been beneficial to First Media making him ideally placed to support the content and technical delivery of conferences and events.

Best known for his sense of humour Steve takes a positive approach to his work and has delivered successful events for an impressive range of clients including, The FA, The Premier League, Siemens, England Squash, The English Football League (EFL), England Golf, St Andrews Hospice, Akari care homes, local authorities and many more! As an avid football fan working with First Media has brought him closer to his lifetime goal of visiting all 92 league football grounds…

“Working with The Premier League I have visited the homes of Chelsea, Man City and Liverpool, with the LFE, I have been to the homes of Oxford United, Leicester City and Huddersfield Town and last month we ran an event at Derby County. With The FA we have been to many locations including their base of Wembley Stadium!”

As a football fan Steve loves the rare opportunities his job creates. With the events side of the business is booming and Steve is looking forward to progressing with the company. Over the next few years his ambition is to continuing growing the events team and move into a management role at First Media.  

Outside of work Steve is a family man and loves spending time with his wife and two girls. He can often be seen taking them swimming or for a cheeky McDonalds!
