Junior Graphic/Web Designer
We require a fresh, dynamic, self motivated and vibrant creative to join our team, to help produce a variety of multimedia products to a wide and varied client base.
Main Duties:
The successful Junior Graphic/Web Designer will be required to work as part of the team to produce a range of multimedia products for a wide and varied client base. Specific duties include:
• The design and production, to the highest standards, of everything from brochures, business cards and banners to CD ROMs, online learning courses and interactive websites.
• Managing projects from conceptualisation through to delivery of the end product.
• Work directly with clients, understanding their requirements and transferring this into the final product.
Key Skills and Experience:
The successful Junior Graphic/Web Designer will have a passion for design and be flexible in their approach. They will also have the following skills and experience:
• A desire to learn new skills and an openness to develop their creative ability
• Excellent relationship & communication skills
• Resilience and the ability to handle constructive criticism
• Ability to work confidently with clients
• Self confidence & self motivation
• Strong teamwork capability
• Experience in a similar role would be an advantage, although not essential.
• Technical experience of using the Adobe Creative Suite, including Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Knowledge of Corel Draw and Director would also be advantageous.
