Lincs2.co.uk is an Online Prospectus for learners inside and outside of the region to view courses and education providers available to them in the area. It is a joint venture between the North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire Local Education Authorities, who have a commitment to providing the information over the internet.

First Media were chosen by two local authorities as a partner to produce the website and application behind it. As part of the process a Management team was set up to oversee the project and ensure everything was ready in time for the launch date. Representatives from various institutions, each with differing agendas made up the team of which, we were actively involved. As part of the process we listened to each of their requirements and issues and worked together to deliver a solution that suited all.

As it was such an in-depth application we also called on the services of sister company, First Software Solutions to provide their expertise. With so many people involved there was the potential for conflict, however we pre-empted many of the issues and operated pro-actively to ensure the process ran smoothly and the group collaboratively worked together.

The system was not only produced ahead of schedule, suited the needs of everyone involved but was one of the better systems produced by LEAs across the country.

In addition to producing the system, we provided marketing and support material and provided AV support at the Launch event. We pulled together all the services available from the company and provided a complete package
