WEB/MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER
The successful Web/Multimedia Designer will be required to work as part of the team to produce a range of multimedia products for a wide and varied client base. Specific duties include:
- The design and production, to the highest standards, of everything from interactive online learning courses and functional websites to brochures, banners and business cards.
- Managing projects from conceptualisation through to delivery of the end product.
- Work directly with clients, understanding their requirements and transferring this into the final product.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE – WEB/MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER
The successful Multimedia Developer will be flexible and experienced in designing in all types of media, from producing printed material to new media products and will have the following skills and experience:
- A significant and demonstrable track record of working in a similar role
- Technical experience of using the Adobe Creative Suite, including Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Knowledge of Corel Draw and Director would also be advantageous.
- The ability to design and build websites using HTML, XTHML and CSS
- Some experience of using Flash and ActionScript to build interactive content
- A desire to learn new skills and an openness to develop their creative ability
- Excellent relationship & communication skills
- Resilience and the ability to handle constructive criticism
- Ability to work confidently with clients
- Self confidence & self motivation
- Strong teamwork capability
